We operate EST QMS 1.0, our quality management system covering material inspection, pre-production review, in-line and end-line inspection, final inspection and corrective action.
Inspections are conducted according to buyer-approved specifications, measurement standards and workmanship requirements. Final inspections follow buyer-required AQL standards or other buyer-specific inspection requirements.
Production lead time depends on product complexity, order quantity, material availability and approval schedules. A detailed production timeline is provided after reviewing the style and delivery requirements.
Small or mixed-style orders can be reviewed depending on style similarity, material availability, production efficiency and the overall seasonal order plan. Grouping similar styles may improve production feasibility and cost efficiency.
