Fabrics and trims are checked before production, and non-conforming materials are identified and separately controlled.
Specifications, approved samples, and workmanship requirements are reviewed before line input.
Quality is continuously monitored during sewing, with defects promptly identified, corrected and followed up.
Finished garments are checked for appearance, measurements, workmanship, assortment and packing before shipment release.
